A DAY OF REST & AN EVENING SHOWER

This has been a good day for a rest.  Papaw got to the church building this morning just in time to see that all the chairs had been set up by the HP Group.  After the block meeting and lunch he visited Sister Peverelle for Home Teaching and then spaced out on the bed for a long time.  This evening he picked up Phil Jordan and they did building lock up and a security check at the chapel.  Tonight he took his "sweet thing" out on the back porch to watch the rolling clouds and lightning in the gentle breeze in front of the slight shower that followed...  it was a romantic setting.

Mamaw says:  I woke up early, went over my lesson, looked at the blog, had breakfast and got ready for church.   My lesson for today was about the scriptures and how new revelations are added to our standard works.  After church we had an appointment with Sister Peverelle for HT/VT but she didn't come to the door (Papaw called her on our cell phone and she didn't answer it either).  We called again after lunch, she had been sleeping after her birthday party the family gave her yesterday and a late time to bed last night.  We went back over to visit her and then came home for a long nap and I am now watching TV.  Have a good night!  We love all of you!
