December was a busy month.  Donna's children were all really sick and we have just been pounded with snow...for which we are grateful.  We have had about 22 - 24 inches here at our house in the past week and it is supposed to snow today... and for the next few days.  Danni found out that she was going to have a baby and then she lost it... she has cried and cried... but she is doing alright now.  We had a good Christmas with everyone over for Christmas Eve... We had everyone on Christmas Eve (We had a bunch) and everyone drifted in and out all day.  John and Shane came late and Danni had to go to work in the afternoon.  We had plenty of food and enjoyed the day.  No one came on Christmas.  They went to in-laws, etc.  So it was a nice quiet day for Don and me.  We went to Donna's yesterday and helped her get a party together for Mike's staff.  We had made the goodies and she bought a six foot long sandwich.  There were chips and dips & cheese balls... everything!  I am getting a new calling next Sunday.  I will be released from my teaching in R.S. calling and will be what use to be called "Homemaking Leader."  I don't know exactly what it is called... I guess I'll know on Sunday.  It should be interesting and fun.
