Today was Thanksgiving Day! We cooked a big dinner. Donna and her family didn't come... all the Stakers had dinner at Donna's house. John, Kristin & Elizabeth came over and ate with us. Danni and Shane went to his Dad's house but they came over later and ate supper. Shane rode back home with John and Kristine. Danni stayed here until time to go to work. I worked a little on my next lesson while waiting for Danni's time to go to work. She didn't leave until 10:00 PM - I am having a little trouble connecting parts of my lesson & making it flow smoothly from one part to another. Oh well, I have a month, but I don't like to wait until the end of the month to prepare... with us, you never know what is going to happen or what we will be doing. Time to read. I have a great many blessings to be thankful for... good children, my membership in the church, a land of freedom, food, clothing, a comfortable home, health and so many other things. We talked to Chuck today. We miss him - he is a good boy! We are proud of all our children... we have much to be grateful for.
