COMPANY CAME AND WENT
Estes and Jewel came out to visit for a week on June 2nd and then Daniela and Buddy got here on the 4th. Needless to say we have had a busy month watching folks come and go. The Beeders left Salt Lake this morning and should get back home sometime tonight. We hope everyone enjoyed their vacation. The down side was Mike taking ill and having to stay in the hospital for a week and then come home to some nursing care and IV for the rest of the month.
Mamaw's flowers didn't bloom until Jewell left but they are all showing their colors in the heat of July.
Papaw had a little excitement last Monday. He turned his irrigation on and didn't check on the flow until after breakfast... by that time one of the neighbors had her basement flooded because a user upstream had left her plug in the pipe and water was gushing out and running into the neighbor's basement.
