NEED GAS???
Papaw saw a stalled vehicle across the street when we were about to sit down for supper. He suspected that the truck had run out of gas because the driver and his little boy were standing on the street with the gas lid popped open. He quickly fetched a gas container from the barn and went out to render assistance. The gas was just what was needed at this time and Papaw gets to chalk up his good deed for the day.
Mamaw says: I woke up early, studied, read, made breakfast, washed dishes, made my bed, went on neighborhood watch (stopped to talk to Brother and Sister Beebe as they prepared to move to southern Utah today), vacuumed the floor, made lunch, visited with Roy Hall (he is going to leave his truck with Bill and Randy and wants Papaw to take him to work at 10:30 tonight), took a nap, looked at some magazines that came in the mail today, made dinner and then went Visiting Teaching. I am now watching TV and it will soon be time for bed. We love all of you!!!
