         We went for a walk this morning but it was hot, even early in the day.  We worked outside for a little while, but it was too hot.  I picked some kale from the garden and cooked it for dinner.  Mom called this morning, she said she would probably let Buford have her truck since she hasn't driven it in over 2 years.  She doesn't need to be driving & I think she knows that.  I wrote Justin a letter.  His birthday is coming up soon, so I will send him a little money.  He is going to be 13... that doesn't seem right.  He should still be a little boy... time goes fast!  Time to read
